When Mexico’s Pemex Gasoline completed their monthly increase earlier this month, fuel costs were still more economical than those found in the United States.  Mexico’s Pemex sells only unleaded gasoline,  Magna being the US equivalent of Regular and Premium being the US equivalent of Super.  Magna is 87 octane. Premium gas is not only higher octane (91) but lower in sulfur (15 ppm).   Current prices for Magna is 10.81 pesos/liter or $3.03 USD/gallon, Premium is 11.37 pesos/liter or $3.38 USD/gallon.
