This is also a great opportunity to start an exercise program or a yoga classes at Cozumel Power Yoga, or volunteer at the Humane Society, Tadeo’s Shoes, Rancho Universal, or pitch in on a Trashy Little Group Beach Clean Up.
In addition, there are great resources here on the island for individuals needing some extra help and support. There are both Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous meetings in English and in Spanish on the island. Cozumel has a variety of churches, synagogues and even Buddhist centers.
